About Me
I’M A FITNESS COACH WITH A STRONG PASSION FOR HELPING INDIVIDUALS BECOME STRONGER, HEALTHIER, AND MORE CONFIDENT VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES. MY GOAL IS TO HELP CLIENTS REALIZE THAT THEY ARE CAPABLE OF DOING HARD THINGS — BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE GYM. BECAUSE ONCE YOU PROVE TO YOURSELF THAT YOU CAN PUSH THROUGH CHALLENGES PHYSICALLY, IT CHANGES THE WAY YOU CARRY YOURSELF IN EVERYDAY LIFE. STRENGTH BUILT IN THE GYM TRANSLATES INTO CONFIDENCE, RESILIENCE, AND SELF-BELIEF IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE.
I BEGAN MY CAREER IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY TEACHING SPIN AND GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, WHERE I FIRST DISCOVERED MY PASSION FOR HELPING PEOPLE MOVE THEIR BODIES, BUILD CONFIDENCE, AND FEEL EMPOWERED THROUGH EXERCISE. FROM THERE, I EARNED MY DEGREE IN KINESIOLOGY FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND, EXPANDING MY KNOWLEDGE OF EXERCISE SCIENCE, MOVEMENT, TRAINING, AND OVERALL WELLNESS.
MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY CENTERS AROUND EDUCATION, PROPER FORM, CONSISTENCY, AND BUILDING SUSTAINABLE HABITS. BECOMING A STRONGER, HEALTHIER VERSION OF YOURSELF REQUIRES DISCIPLINE AND DEDICATION, AND I’LL BE THERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TO GUIDE, SUPPORT, AND PUSH YOU TOWARD YOUR GOALS.
I ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE COMPETING IN BODYBUILDING, WHICH TAUGHT ME THE VALUE OF STRUCTURE, DISCIPLINE, AND INTENTIONAL TRAINING. WHILE I APPRECIATE THE BODYBUILDING SIDE OF FITNESS, MY COACHING APPROACH GOES FAR BEYOND AESTHETICS. MY GOAL IS TO HELP CLIENTS FEEL STRONG, CONFIDENT, ENERGIZED, AND PROUD OF THEIR PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THEIR ENTIRE JOURNEY.
